About the Role

This Recruiter, Cloud Go-To-Market position at Google is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top go-to-market talent for Google Cloud in the United Kingdom. Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales recruiting within the UK.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
  • Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles in technical industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
  • Experience in closing candidates, negotiating complex compensation packages and influencing talent decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of impactful contributions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent to meet business objectives.
  • Provide an efficient and personalized candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies through referrals, networking, and research.
  • Coordinate with interview teams to ensure a well-organized process.
  • Negotiate complex offers and work with executive management to secure key hires.
