About the Role
This Recruiter, Cloud Go-To-Market position at Google is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top go-to-market talent for Google Cloud in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with hiring managers to design and implement recruitment strategies, and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales recruiting within the UK.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
- Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles in technical industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
- Experience in closing candidates, negotiating complex compensation packages and influencing talent decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of impactful contributions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and consultative skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent to meet business objectives.
- Provide an efficient and personalized candidate experience from application to offer.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through referrals, networking, and research.
- Coordinate with interview teams to ensure a well-organized process.
- Negotiate complex offers and work with executive management to secure key hires.
