Overview
As a Program Manager Policy Development at Google, you will lead multiple global initiatives and manage project schedules, risks, and cross-functional partnerships in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy launches with the Policy Development team.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and cross-functional relationships.
- Communicate updates, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program plans and policies.
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years program management experience in a multinational environment, and 2 years project management experience.
Preferred: Experience in trust and safety, in-depth project management techniques, ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across organizational levels, and drive continuous process improvements.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Additional factors include skills, experience, and training.
