Program Manager II Operations Cloud Supply Chain

About the Role

As a Program Manager II Operations Cloud Supply Chain at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing program communication plans, defining project schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience in supply chain operations or management

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement
• Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Strong accountability and ownership across project lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted program communication plans
• Define program lifecycle phases, metrics, and resource stewardship
• Collect data, maintain project trackers, and manage dependencies
• Execute change management initiatives
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
