As a Program Manager, Google One, Conversions, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Google One, one of Google's largest and fastest-growing subscriptions. With over 150 million paying subscribers, Google One has recently expanded its offerings to include direct-to-consumer Generative AI features like Gemini Advanced and Gemini for Workspace. This role demands extensive cross-functional and cross-product-area collaboration, offering significant learning and growth potential, high visibility to leadership, and direct impact on the company's business objectives.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing changing priorities while consistently delivering impactful results. Your primary focus will be on converting Google One users into paying subscribers and enhancing their lifetime value (LTV) through strategic collaborations with other Google products such as Gemini, Gmail, Photos, and Drive. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team, directly influencing the future of subscriber experiences, premium features, and overall business growth initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, identify potential risks, and clearly communicate these to all project stakeholders.
- Plan product and feature launches through various stages, coordinating effectively with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders including privacy, legal, partnerships, and support teams.
- Continuously evolve and improve our roadmap, launch planning, and execution programs and processes end-to-end.
- Collaborate both internally and with cross-functional and cross-product/cross-company teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth process execution.
- Manage the communication of plans, progress, and status updates both within the immediate team and to external partners.
