Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.

- Understanding of Generative AI and the ability to translate this into an actionable roadmap for technical teams.
- Expertise in growth loops, virality, and funnel optimization.

- Comfortable in high-ambiguity environments and skilled at influencing without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth strategy for YouTube Create, leveraging Generative AI as the primary mechanism for massive user acquisition.
- Define and execute a roadmap designed to scale YouTube Create from its current foundation to 100 times its present size.
- Identify and develop AI features that address the 'blank canvas problem,' ensuring onboarding is seamless and powerful enough to trigger immediate viral loops.
- Operate with speed, resolve bottlenecks efficiently, and maintain exceptional resourcefulness. Navigate the complexities of a global platform while upholding the urgency of a founder.
- Work at the intersection of the YouTube main app and YouTube Create to build deep, native network effects, positioning Create as the default starting point for video creation worldwide.
