Overview
At Google, we put our users first. The Product Manager, Material Design Web will drive the expression and adoption of Material UX across all web applications within Google’s ecosystem. You will connect the technical and business worlds by taking products from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and future goals for the Material Web design system.
- Create product roadmaps and lead execution with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Material Android, iOS, and key Google product teams.
- Utilize AI-driven approaches to streamline development and scale impact.
- Gather feedback with research and design teams to prioritize investments.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5 years product management experience, and 2 years of technical product launch experience including web apps and UI frameworks.
Preferred: Master’s degree in technology or business field, extensive technical product management experience, and familiarity with AI driven tools, web development frameworks, and design systems.
Additional Information
This role is open to applicants in San Francisco with considerations per local fair chance ordinances. Applicants can express their preferred working location: San Francisco, CA; Sunnyvale, CA; or New York, NY.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by role, location, and experience.
