About the Role
The Policy Enforcement Manager Trust and Safety Workspace SmartReview at Google is responsible for developing and managing processes to address abuse trends across Workspace. Working with global teams, you will own the workflows, collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams, and monitor data quality to support state-of-the-art machine learning model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trends and suspicious patterns across Workspace policy areas.
- Lead creation and definition of review workflows to meet product requirements.
- Coordinate with Trust and Safety and product teams for labeling operations.
- Oversee enforcement quality via calibrations with vendor teams.
- Perform on-call responsibilities including weekend/holiday coverage.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and measurable operational excellence plans.
- Innovate methods to integrate AI for review quality and provide insights to engineering teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity or related fields; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree; experience with SQL, dashboards, scripting (Python), scaled operations, content moderation, policy enforcement, data labeling for ML, and cross-functional coordination.
