About the Role
The Policy Enforcement Manager Trust and Safety at Google is responsible for developing and managing processes to detect and counter abuse trends across Workspace. The role involves close coordination with product, engineering, and global Trust & Safety teams to ensure robust content moderation and labeling operations.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Master's preferred.
- 4+ years experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, or cybersecurity.
- Experience with SQL, dashboard creation, data transformation, and scripting (Python) is beneficial.
- Proven ability to solve unstructured problems with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze trends and suspicious patterns on Workspace.
- Lead workflow creation and product requirement solutions.
- Coordinate with vendor teams and manage calibrations for policy enforcement quality.
- Perform on-call duties including weekend/holiday coverage.
- Develop scalable and measurable operational processes.
- Innovate by integrating AI models to enhance manual review quality.
