About the Role

The Policy Enforcement Manager, Trust and Safety, Workspace SmartReview at Google leads the development and execution of scalable review processes. Working globally with cross-functional teams, you will oversee quality operations for content moderation and labelling, ensuring that new trends in abuse are quickly identified and addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research key trends and suspicious patterns on Workspace.
  • Define and create workflows to address product requirements.
  • Coordinate with Trust and Safety and product teams for labeling operations.
  • Oversee enforcement quality and calibrations with vendor teams.
  • Perform on-call duties including weekend and holiday coverage.
  • Develop operational excellence plans ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Innovate methods incorporating AI models to enhance manual review quality and provide insights to engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of related experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, or cybersecurity. Experience with SQL, dashboard building, scripting (Python), and process documentation is preferred.
