About the Role

Google is seeking a People Consultant to provide expert HR guidance as part of our People Operations team. You will work partner with People Partners to deliver personalized support, manage complex HR issues, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, people programs, or large scale people related roles
  • Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
  • Investigative and problem-solving proficiency using HRIS systems

Responsibilities
