Job Description

People Analyst, HR Products at Google

At Google, data drives all of our decision-making, and our HR organization is no exception. The People Analytics team acts as an internal innovation lab, using analytical approaches to make sure Google continues to be a great place to work. The team provides critical support to the business around issues of organizational health and is responsible for not just taking the pulse of our Googlers, but harnessing Googler feedback to drive change for the better. As a People Analyst, you'll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You're a strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. And on top of it all, you're someone who wonders 'What if?' and then seeks out the solution.

As a People Analyst supporting the development of user first HR Products, you will be part of a team that makes our data universally useful, reliable and accessible for our internal stakeholders and partners across People Operations. You will use research and analytics to solve problems, build data and dashboards solutions to drive insights and perform analysis to drive performance and strategy. You will manage ongoing client relationships; prioritizing work and navigating ambiguity while collaborating on projects that may involve multiple teams in an unstructured environment. You will have the ability to think ahead strategically while simultaneously acting tactically. You will have technical data experience, problem-solving skills, and a knack for project management.

The application window will be open until at least March 2, 2026. This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.
