About The Job
In this role, you will advise partners on building AI practices and prioritizing AI workloads. You will work closely with product leadership to advise on partner ecosystem activation for each stage of the business life cycle, from pre-General Availability (pre-GA) to launch and scale.
You will work closely with Partner Development Managers, product/engineering teams, and various partner-enabling roles at Google. Your experience and technical knowledge of Google Cloud will be instrumental as you build and grow relationships within all levels of System Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, including Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and heads of product and engineering. You will demonstrate thought leadership by representing Google and our partners at public events to drive successful product launches and adoption.

Responsibilities
- Drive technical discussions and workshops to get quality business opportunities, and understand partner technical objectives and capabilities. Recommend integration/build strategies using the best of Google Cloud to unlock cross-industry AI use cases for customers.
- Be proficient in conversational AI and customer experience architectures with the ability to advise Global System Integrators (GSIs), Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), and CCaaS/CRM partners on building and deploying enterprise-grade generative AI solutions for customer service.
- Coordinate and influence a range of stakeholders across Google to align around workstreams and roadmaps, and provide partner insights to help land AI portfolio product and grow adoption.
- Align partner solutions with core Customer Experience (CX) business metrics to accelerate agreement velocity and drive partner services business alongside underlying cloud consumption.
- Work closely with partners to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for AI solutions.
