Partner Solutions Engineer at Google
As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Google, you will manage technical relationships for publisher clients and product partners. This role involves leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies. You will oversee the technical execution of Google's online advertising platforms, from concept design to ongoing support. Your work will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, allowing you to develop innovative, cutting-edge solutions, build tools, and prioritize product strategy.
You will engage with digital companies, app developers, and broadcasters to drive business growth and influence product design. Working closely with sales teams as a product expert and technical consultant, you will utilize insights to help publishers build and grow their businesses through Google's ad products.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
- Experience with Android development.
- Ability to absorb technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues, and performing implementation reviews.
- Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Represent clients’ feedback on features to product management and engineering to improve product offerings.
- Ensure client satisfaction (both new and ongoing) in terms of technical aspects by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
