Overview

The Partner Operations Manager, Music at Google will support YouTube Music partners through operational support, technical troubleshooting, and process improvements. The role involves direct support to key Music partners such as labels, publishers, and artists using email and video conferencing.

Location & Eligibility

This role may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus with flexibility to choose from other preferred locations including New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; and San Bruno, CA. Applicants in the County of Los Angeles will be considered per local ordinances.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2 years in customer support/client services, technical troubleshooting, and experience with spreadsheets.

Preferred: Master’s degree, experience in the Music industry or Music Rights Management, data analytics and SQL skills, and proven ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a solutions consultant across teams.
  • Streamline workflows and drive process improvements.
