Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 4 years in an applied research setting; experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including interviews, usability testing, diary studies, survey design, and statistics; and prior work with consumer facing streaming or subscription services.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field; 2 years conducting UX research on products and managing projects in a large, matrixed organization; experience with interactive TV or streaming subscriptions; large dataset analysis including logs-based analysis; and exposure to the professional sports industry.
