Overview
The Leadership Technical Program Manager Evaluation Strategy role at Google requires leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects and managing a team of evaluation program managers. This role involves developing technical roadmaps, partnering with engineering and technology teams, and ensuring effective project delivery from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop evaluation program managers.
- Manage strategic roadmaps and align with organizational priorities.
- Partner with DOT and technology teams to co-develop solutions.
- Establish effective governance and translate technical deliverables.
- Build alliances with Google.org Technology team and executives.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8 years of project management, 5 years in leadership, and full project lifecycle management experience.
Preferred: Experience with survey systems, data pipelines, data analysis, quality assurance and impact evaluation especially in social impact or non-profit sectors.
Additional Information
This role may be located at Google's Playa Vista, CA campus along with several other location options including San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Mountain View, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Atlanta. Applicants in Los Angeles and San Francisco will have additional considerations under local fair chance ordinances. Compensation includes bonus, equity, and benefits; base salary range in the US is $183,000-$271,000.
