Overview

The Google Leadership Technical Program Manager Evaluation Strategy role leads a team of evaluation program managers. The role involves managing technical project lifecycles, developing technical roadmaps, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex projects.

Location Options

This role may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus with other preferred locations across the USA including San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Las Vegas, NV; and Atlanta, GA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of program or project management experience
  • 5 years in leadership roles
  • Experience managing full technical project lifecycles
  • Expertise in developing technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with survey systems and impact evaluation
  • Experience with data pipeline architecture and measurement systems
  • Data analysis and quality assurance skills
  • Familiarity with the social impact or philanthropic sector

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of evaluation program managers
  • Manage strategic roadmap for evaluation systems
  • Partner with DOT to co-develop technical solutions
  • Lead a governance structure for effective decision-making
  • Build alliances with cross-functional teams and executive leadership

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education/training.
