About the Role
Google is seeking a Leadership Technical Program Manager Evaluation Strategy to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects. In this role, you will manage evaluation program managers, develop technical roadmaps, and work directly with engineering teams while collaborating with Google.org and DOT.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8 years in program/project management, and 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in full life-cycle technical project management and working with engineering teams is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with survey systems, impact evaluation, data pipeline architecture, data analysis and quality assurance, as well as familiarity with the social impact, non-profit, or philanthropic sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop evaluation program managers.
- Manage strategic roadmap for evaluation systems.
- Partner with DOT to co-develop technical solutions.
- Establish governance structures for effective team decision-making.
- Build alliances and drive alignment between your team, Google.org Technology, and executive leadership.
Additional Information
This role may be based at our Playa Vista, CA campus. Applicants can select from several preferred locations including San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Las Vegas, NV; and Atlanta, GA. Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $183,000 to $271,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
