About the Role
The Leadership Technical Program Manager, Evaluation Strategy at Google leads complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects by managing technical roadmaps, project life-cycles, and executive communications. You will lead and mentor a team of evaluation program managers, manage technical project deliverables, and work closely with internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of evaluation program managers.
- Manage strategic roadmaps and evaluation systems in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Partner with DOT to influence technical roadmaps for evaluation needs.
- Establish governance structures and translate project deliverables into actionable work streams.
- Build alliances between the team, Google.org Technology, and executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of program/project management, and 5 years of leadership experience. Experience managing full lifecycle technical projects with engineering teams is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with survey systems, data pipeline architecture, data analysis, and familiarity with the non-profit or philanthropic sector.
Compensation & Work Location
The US base salary range is $183,000-$271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The role may be based in Playa Vista, CA, with other preferred locations including San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Mountain View, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Atlanta. Applicants will be considered under local Fair Chance Ordinances.
