About the Role
At Google, as an Interaction Designer Google Play Store, you will take complex tasks and create intuitive, user-centered designs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design products that resonate with billions of users worldwide.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 4 years of experience in product design or UX, experience designing across multiple platforms, and proven expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. A portfolio or website is required.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field, 8 years of experience in product design or UX, and significant experience in cross-functional environments, leading design projects, and collaborating with executive leaders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into design updates.
- Advocate for design centered refinements and improvements.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 to $185,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and additional factors such as skills and experience.
