About the Role
The Head of Search Strategic Insights and Analysis leads a team of experienced data scientists to drive actionable insights for Search product strategy at Google. You will leverage your expertise in analytics, statistical analysis, and coding to solve complex business problems and influence decision-making among cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analysis using SQL, R, and Python
- Lead projects from problem definition to actionable recommendations
- Develop analytical models and cross-product metrics
- Collaborate with Engineering, PM, UXR, and Finance teams
- Manage and mentor a team of analytical experts
About the Team
The Applied Research and Strategy (AREAS) team uncovers new growth opportunities by using data-driven insights, integrating cross-functional strategies, and developing innovative methodologies.
Additional Information
This role offers competitive base salary ranging from $227,000 to $320,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
