Global Marketing Manager
Join Google's Gemini Enterprises as a Global Marketing Manager and drive the complete marketing experience for a dynamic product. You will lead every facet of the product's journey, from positioning and naming to analysis, feature prioritization, and external communications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, and engineering, to shape the product and grow its user base.

Responsibilities
- Lead the global paid media strategy for Gemini Enterprise, aligning with Google Cloud's business objectives.
- Direct the agency team for campaign delivery, collaborating with internal centers of excellence like Media Lab, MLMO, and Growth Lab to achieve international growth targets.
- Advance media learning and measurement by prioritizing tests that quantify the incremental impact of media programs.
- Present regional performance and market trends in executive reviews, offering recommendations to optimize budget and meet business objectives.
- Oversee and support creative production and message testing in partnership with brand and social teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing across fields like growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social media.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing subscription businesses (B2B or B2C).
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google ad networks (Search, GDN & DV360, YouTube).
- Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in creative production and direct response media best practices.
- Understanding of media measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, geo-test) and incrementality measurement.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy and prioritization.
