The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts to ensure the delivery of analytics and technical infrastructure to power the global YouTube partner manager incentives infrastructure.
  • Own the strategy for incentives development, delivering engaging roadmaps and executive communications to align leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with engineering, product activation, and analytics teams to ensure the seamless delivery and integration of technical solutions.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle from initial prototyping to launch and maintenance, serving as a "player-coach".
  • Advocate industry best practices across the technical community, driving advancements in AI-driven workflows, data modeling, and code review while leading continuous internal process improvements.
