About the Global Equity System Analyst Role at Google
The Finance Operations team at Google is seeking a Global Equity System Analyst to manage global cash transactions and ensure controlled, effective, and efficient cash processes. This role involves finding innovative ways to manage complex transactions, making processes scalable and efficient, ensuring high operational quality, and proactively minimizing risk. You will collaborate with extended workforce partners and internal Financial Operations teams to drive improvements and integrate cutting-edge solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in finance-related roles with experience in systems maintenance, system integrations, project management, and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, data visualizations, and data analytics programs.
- Experience in stock plan administration or global mobility tax.
- Ability to work on cross-functional and cross-team projects.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and grow in a fluid environment.
- Ability to learn and grow in all areas of work.
- Ability to work as a part of the team and independently along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team’s automation and AI-related efforts relating to existing and future stock equity related programs and processes.
- Perform data analytics by utilizing the existing data on the company’s stock equity program and provide informed recommendations and improvements on various programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and programs, including automation and AI-related efforts.
