Global Content Manager, Infrastructure and Migrations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role with a focus on enterprise software technology, networking, or application modernization.
- 5 years of experience in cloud technology (i.e. on-prem to cloud migration, cloud-to-cloud migrations, AI/ML infrastructure, model training/inference, associated infrastructure).
- Experience creating marketing or business content for cloud infrastructure components and enterprise workloads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data warehouse or infrastructure migrations, AI/ML infrastructure, model training, and inference.
- Experience deploying or creating content for virtual machines, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and enterprise workloads.
- Experience structuring messaging that is tailored for varied audiences, from technical practitioners to C-level business leaders.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Sales to manage projects in a changing environment.
- Ability to articulate ideas with simplicity and build credibility with executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent narrative design and visual communication skills.

As Global Content Manager for Infrastructure and Migrations, you will bridge Google Cloud’s technical innovation with critical business outcomes. Your mission is to craft compelling, field-facing stories and assets for our Infrastructure practice spanning Migrations, Modernization, and AI to simplify technical value for global sales teams. Partnering with Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders, you will translate technical expertise into actionable context, empowering sellers to lead differentiated, business-focused conversations from practitioners to executives.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the creation of a bill of materials (e.g., pitch decks, solution briefs, intelligence, and customer stories) that positions the business value of Google's Infrastructure solutions with global business plays, helping customers build the foundation to become an agentic enterprise.
- Develop and refine messaging for executive audiences, demonstrating a command of both the technology and its business implications.
- Translate technical insights, new product developments, and launches into stories and visual assets for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with business enablement teams to design and deliver training on new content and business plays, ensuring the field can confidently articulate our narrative.
- Assist with the management, tagging, and tracking of assets within business portals to ensure content is discoverable and continuously improving.
