Overview
Google is seeking an experienced Executive Support Agent to ensure top-level security and safety for its executives and assets. This role involves developing and executing executive protection strategies, crisis management, and risk assessments, ensuring the safety of Googlers and high-profile individuals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA).
- 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military fields.
- Experience in supporting high-profile response plans and executive protection travel advances.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments.
- Strong judgment to resolve regional security issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive and reactive executive security strategies.
- Manage crisis events and conduct threat assessments.
- Gather intelligence and evaluate risk factors for protection plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and update protocols.
About the Role
Working as an Executive Support Agent at Google, you will be a key member of the Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. You will liaise with Facilities Management to create security strategies, investigate breaches, and develop risk assessment plans. Your work will ensure that security is built into every aspect of Google's operations.
Compensation
The US base salary for this full-time position is between $132,000 and $194,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Note that the base salary details do not include additional compensatory elements.
