About the Role
The Executive Researcher Cloud GTM at Google focuses on identifying and engaging leadership talent for Google Cloud. This role involves developing innovative search strategies and leveraging AI tools for talent acquisition in the cloud and AI sectors across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum: 5 years in executive cloud GTM, AI and cloud sales executive research or recruitment; 4 years recruiting across EMEA; 3 years executive search agency or in-house recruiting experience; proven expertise in cloud recruiting and executive talent acquisition.
Preferred: Experience in maximizing team and individual performance, personal accountability, and leveraging AI tools for hiring process optimization. Interest in technology is essential.
