About the Role
The Executive Researcher Cloud GTM at Google focuses on identifying and cultivating leadership talent for Google Cloud. This role involves working closely with executive leaders to develop search strategies and conducting landscape analysis to enhance recruitment efforts across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own search strategies for executive searches in Google Cloud across EMEA.
- Partner with executive leaders for high-profile hires and advise on strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive applicants over time.
- Source talent using both internal and external networks.
- Conduct comprehensive landscape analysis especially in cloud AI advancements.
Qualifications
Minimum: 5 years experience in executive cloud GTM, AI/cloud sales research or executive recruitment; 4 years in executive level AI, GTM and cloud sales recruiting in EMEA; 3 years recruiting experience at an executive search agency or in-house team; in-depth cloud recruiting domain expertise.
Preferred: Experience in maximizing team and individual performance; strong personal accountability; proficiency with AI tools; passion for technology.
