Google's Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. As an Executive Recruiter, you will care about cultivating relationships, have lively, thoughtful conversations with the applicants, and know our organization and its products well enough to articulate life-changing opportunities. As an expert in the talent needs of our business, you will be an adviser to the people you find, engage, and guide through Google’s hiring process. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging your experience and domain expertise in technology. You will have an understanding of leaders in the market. - Partner with leadership to define and acquire the technical talent and organizational leaders required to drive Google’s long-term business strategy.
- Execute proactive search strategies by leveraging Research teams, networks and other search resources to identify, engage, and recruit technical executive-level applicants.
- Lead the end-to-end search process, providing consistent communication and exceptional client service to internal business partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct applicant assessments, developing an understanding of leadership styles, professional backgrounds, and specific organizational alignment for each role.
- Serve as a domain talent expert, offering strategic insights and valuable talent market assessments based on the knowledge of the engaged landscape.
