Overview
Google is seeking an Engineering Manager who will lead a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and manage major projects across global infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership as well as people management skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8 years of software development experience, 3 years in full stack development (back-end and front-end), 3 years in a technical leadership role, 2 years in people management, and experience with systems infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, with global organization experience, product lifecycle development and launch experience, and expertise in authentication, authorization, and security protocols.

Compensation
The US base salary range is $197,000 - $291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay will be determined by location, skills, and experience.
