About the Role
The Engineering Manager Change Management at Google is responsible for providing technical leadership and managing teams across multiple projects and international sites. You will oversee the development and improvement of systems, detect vulnerabilities, develop mitigations, and work in collaboration with Threat Intelligence and Google Cloud Platform teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript), and 3 years in a technical leadership role with people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build a development team.
- Oversee large-scale project deployments across multiple locations.
- Identify cloud vulnerabilities and propose data-backed mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with TI/GCP teams and negotiate risk mitigation approaches.
