Job Overview
Google is seeking an Engineering Analyst Trust and Safety to analyze data, prevent fraud, and support the safety and integrity of its products. You will work with global teams on high-impact projects and contribute to fighting abuse across Google products.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve problems using data and statistical methods.
- Identify and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve tools and automated systems through technical expertise and data analysis.
- Review sensitive content as part of the role.
- Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of experience in data analysis, and 5 years of experience managing projects.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with AI risks, cyber misuse, statistical analysis, Python or similar scripting languages, and excellent communication skills.

The Trust and Safety team at Google works to protect users and partners from abuse across products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. This strategic role involves working globally and cross-functionally to identify and counter fraud and abuse, ensuring the highest levels of user safety.
