Overview
The Distinguished Product Manager, Ads Privacy and Regulations role at Google is critical as digital advertising evolves under increased privacy and regulatory requirements. Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 15 years of technical product management experience, proven leadership in technical teams, and hands-on experience with regulatory, privacy, security, or safety products.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in complex regulatory environments, ability to communicate with C-level executives, strategic vision coupled with technical guidance, cross-functional stakeholder management, and strong analytical, product, and technical skills. Demonstrated thought leadership in privacy, security, regulations, and operational accuracy is essential.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP and GM of the Ads Privacy and Safety team, this role drives Google Ads' regulatory and privacy strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to create and refine policies and products that safeguard user privacy while enabling effective advertising solutions. Your work will impact advertisers, publishers, and the broader digital ecosystem.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000-$445,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Additional benefits details are available via Google's benefits page.
