About the Role
As the Director, Industry and Infrastructure, Large Customer Sales India at Google, you will join the India LCS leadership team managing key verticals including Auto, Finance, FinTech, Government and Education. You will break down complex challenges and shape strategic priorities to drive customer ROI, leading consultative sales teams and partnering directly with CXO-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Implement strategic priorities, account plans, and business processes for India.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships and drive business growth using Google AI.
- Analyze data trends, prepare strategic pitches and presentations.
- Act as an influential industry voice and spokesperson.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 15 years in sales and commercial leadership; experience in sales and general management in tech, advertising or Internet industries; demonstrated CXO relationship management; proven people management skills in multinational, matrixed organizations.
Preferred: Prior experience leading brand, sales, and cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments; expertise in sales/operations management and strategic planning; excellent analytical and communication skills.
