About the Role
The Director, Business Systems Analysis Supply Chain Systems Engineering at Google leads the transformation of complex, scalable supply chain systems for Google Cloud and Data Center operations.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 15 years experience in technical roles including architecture, design and building distributed enterprise systems; experience with business systems analysis, system configuration, and integration of first-party and third-party systems.
Preferred: 20 years experience in systems engineering or architecture with a focus on global supply chain, logistics, or enterprise systems; deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and transform business process architecture for highly scalable supply chain systems.
- Integrate AI/ML technologies to enable predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
- Scale organizational impact by mentoring Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers, and Tech Leads.
- Turn business challenges into process architectures and actionable technical roadmaps.
- Advocate for a global standard in Google data centers and supply chain through innovation.
