Digital Technology Program Manager at Google

As a Digital Technology Program Manager, you will be instrumental in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify potential risks, and ensure transparent communication with cross-functional teams across different offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
You will be part of the Technical Infrastructure team, which is the backbone of all Google's online services, from developing and maintaining data centers to building next-generation platforms. We are the engineers' engineers, constantly innovating to ensure the best and fastest experience for our users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience with design, fabrication or construction projects.
- Experience in AI tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Facilities Management.
- Experience in Engineering and Technical Program Management, specifically within infrastructure environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change through leading Technology Adoption initiatives, bridging legacy processes with modern, AI-driven digital tools.
- Excellent presentation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Improve the impact of content management systems by identifying workflow gaps and integrating new tools to enhance user experience and operational speed.
- Own the documentation close-out lifecycle for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely archival of critical project data.
- Audit regional processes to remove friction, transforming content management into an efficiency catalyst.
- Serve as the AI lead by identifying manual bottlenecks and leveraging AI/ML tools to automate document tagging, summarization, and data retrieval, converting legacy processes into intelligent workflows.
