About The Role: Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Google, you will be instrumental in building trusted relationships with customers, identifying their business needs, and translating them into impactful advertising solutions that help them achieve their ambitious goals. You will operate with a strong sense of ownership, adapt quickly to change, and consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and its customers through innovative and strategic approaches. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will help shape the future of advertising in the AI-era, making a significant impact on millions of companies and billions of users who rely on Google's trusted solutions.

Google’s gTech team helps bring Google products and services to life, providing unparalleled support to customers globally. Your role will be rooted in technical skill, product expertise, and a deep understanding of complex customer needs, ensuring clients benefit from the full potential of Google products through bespoke and scalable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Insights, analytics, client management or consulting projects, driving customer success across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative solutions with clients.
  • Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, with track record of driving complex business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
  • Ability to operate and understand client needs.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Passion to create and share best practices to encourage a learning by sharing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact across markets, customers and stakeholders through strategic multi-dimensional problem solving and cross-functional collaboration, delivering an excellent experience to clients.
  • Drive decision-making and thought leadership with Sales in enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions, and also ensure the client portfolio sustains effective business growth.
  • Develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions (MO based solutions based on HQL/HVS) and help activate these with the right customers for long term trust and value. Look at opportunities to scale these across businesses and markets.
  • Support the Management team in advocating culture for the team, providing coaching or mentorship to the wider team, and act as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders in driving critical business discipline activities such as workflow, pipeline, vendor utilization, product activation, and people pillars.
