About the Role

The Database Sales Specialist Google Cloud will drive the adoption of Oracle workloads on Google Cloud, building and expanding customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful migration and deployment of Oracle solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years’ experience with selling Oracle database software and infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience building and managing agreements with System Integrators and partners.
  • Proven track record of working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering cloud agreements and working in an overlay sales role.
  • Understanding of Oracle licensing policies and multiple deployment archetypes.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Oracle estates and workload types to qualify opportunities.
  • Develop segment-specific plans with country leadership for cloud migration.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Advocate the Oracle on GCP value proposition and support migration initiatives.
