Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 5 years in technical project management or a customer-facing role; experience in operations; experience in human evaluation or data labeling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven partnership with engineers, PMs, product specialists, or operations managers.
• Experience in problem solving using tools such as SQL.
• Ability to build consensus and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in drawing insights from datasets to make recommendations.
• Capable of adapting, prioritizing, and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the Job

The Platforms and Devices team oversees Google’s computing software platforms across environments including desktop, mobile, and applications. The team works on integrating Google AI, software, and hardware to create seamless user experiences around the world.

Responsibilities

• Own product data streams; partner with experts to implement evaluations and collect production data.
• Track data quality and operational KPIs with analysis to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data priorities, capacity planning, and scheduling within budget.
• Work with global vendor raters, managers, and trainers to identify and resolve data collection gaps.
• Stay current with latest data labeling methods, human rater labeling and machine learning, and advise teammates on solutions.
