Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in agreement management, legal documentation, negotiation and agreement negotiation.
- Experience with construction contracting and pricing methodologies on industrial projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or Master's degree in Law with emphasis on Construction or International Law.
- Experience as inhouse legal counsel in an international construction company.
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements and corporate secretarial matters.

Responsibilities
- Develop project delivery approaches and compensation strategies for contract documentation and procurement.
- Review vendor listings and collaborate on vendor shortlisting for RFP processes.
- Coordinate Request for Proposal processes, including documentation and interviews.
- Negotiate master agreements with vendors prior to RFP issuance.
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Additional details about salary variations will be provided during the hiring process.
