About the Role
As a Cloud Data Manager, you will lead a technical team within the Professional Services organization. You will collaborate with regional leadership to meet skill demands, provide technical direction across the region, and mentor a growing team. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring an optimal customer experience as they transition to Google Cloud. This role involves delivering technical solutions, managing relationships with key customer stakeholders, and enabling Google Cloud partners.

Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through strategic hiring, development, and retention initiatives.
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and provide career coaching for team members.
- Manage and expand a team of data consultants and engineers focused on enterprise-wide modern data platforms.
- Recommend and document data migration and transformation strategies for successful modern data platform implementations on Google Cloud using best practices.
- Drive the creation of best practices and assets to scale expertise and accelerate implementations and cloud adoption.
- Oversee portfolio delivery excellence, presales activities, customer satisfaction, and accurate outcome estimations.
