About The Job
gTech Ads provides comprehensive support and technical services for a wide range of Google Ad products. The team assists customers in maximizing their use of Ad and Publisher products, offering services from self-help resources to complex technical solutions and consultative support for large clients. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create better solutions, tools, and services, enhancing products and client experiences. As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge solutions to address advertiser business problems, identify trends, and create new solutions to reach advertisers and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build global solutions and best practices for GCS customers.
- Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions.
- Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions for ad products and technologies.
- Experiment with new technologies to develop innovative solutions.
