Overview
Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineering Strategy and Operations Lead to drive initiatives that accelerate growth for the Customer Engineering organization in the APAC region. This role supports the Head of Strategy and Operations and partners with VP and Directors to optimize operational efficiency using data-driven insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 6 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, business intelligence and insights, or 4 years with an advanced degree. Experience working with executives in an advisory role and in building and managing teams is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud or Infrastructure-as-a-Service businesses.
- Supporting customer engineering or solution engineering teams.
- Ability to translate datasets into business insights using SQL, spreadsheets, or visualization software.
- Strong time-management, prioritization, adaptability, and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with APAC Customer Engineering leadership to set and execute strategy.
- Develop dashboards and investigative models to track business performance.
- Drive execution of initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Own key operational processes such as business reviews and planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes to boost productivity.
