Overview

This role is for a Customer Engineer, Data and AI, Manufacturing, Google Cloud. You will work with Germany's leading automotive and manufacturing companies to co-create solutions by leveraging Google Cloud's cutting-edge data analytics and AI platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in program management, client service or management consulting
  • Experience applying cloud technologies in manufacturing or automotive sectors
  • Experience designing and implementing machine learning architectures or data pipelines
  • Experience in technical sales or consulting including technical discovery and architecting client solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Experience in cloud computing, data analytics, Big Data and AI
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, storage, platforms and data
  • Experience in building customer relationships and developing Greenfield territories
  • Fluency in German and English

About The Job

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers
  • Guide the technical evaluation process and build proof-of-concept solutions
  • Lead technical presentations and workshops
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and present client solutions
  • Act as the customer's advocate, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams
