About the Role
The Customer Engineer Cloud AI Media and Entertainment position at Google involves partnering with technical sales teams to drive complex, specialized workloads in Cloud AI across Media and Entertainment. Based in Playa Vista, CA, you will work on technical evaluations, build customer prototypes, and present creative, customer-tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins from evaluation to customer ramp.
- Design demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.
- Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting relationships.
- Leverage customer engagements to develop reusable solutions.
- Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture, AI agent orchestration frameworks, and machine learning model deployment. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and specialized experience in generative AI and large language models.
