About the Role

As a Configuration and Admin Specialist at Google, you will scale user support and product education initiatives worldwide leveraging AI and advanced technologies. You will work with internal support tools, client-side web technologies, and coding to manage and improve technical configurations and support systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own support configuration and systems administration for products.
  • Collaborate with product operations support teams on multi-channel strategies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot support platform issues.
  • Maintain high-fidelity implementations for quality experience.
  • Drive support system improvements through process enhancements and documentation.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with experience in coding languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and technical troubleshooting is essential. A Master’s degree, database experience (SQL, NoSQL), and experience with AI integrations are preferred.
