About the Compliance Data and Operations Specialist Role

Google's Compliance team ensures our practices align with current financial regulations while balancing legal requirements with the dynamic needs of users. In this role, you will manage data systems for compliance training globally and drive the technology strategy for integrating learning management systems with Google's broader data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage technology strategy for global compliance training data.
  • Lead LMS data integration and ensure accurate enrollment records.
  • Manage LMS vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee user support channels for troubleshooting and feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4 years in compliance, risk management, investigation, or similar, 3 years with learning management systems, and experience with data management and SQL pipelines.

Preferred: Experience organizing data to improve operations and scripting skills (SQL, Python).

Compensation and Additional Information

This full-time position offers a base salary range of $107,000-$153,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by work location, skills, and experience. Applicants may choose from preferred working locations including Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; and Washington D.C.
