Overview
The Compliance Analyst - Risk, Compliance and Integrity at Google is responsible for managing multiple compliance projects, identifying improvements in policies and processes, and collaborating across departments to drive operational excellence. The role involves risk management, regulatory planning, internal control frameworks, and data-driven compliance programs.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 years of related experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. Enterprise-wide project planning and execution experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or recognized compliance certification, experience in compliance program management, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Identify and implement improvements in compliance policies/processes.
- Perform recurring report validation and analyze compliance metrics.
- Work with product owners to develop processes, policies, controls, and metrics.
- Lead regulatory requirements and drive projects through their life-cycle.
