About the Role

The Compliance Analyst - Risk, Compliance and Integrity role at Google supports the Risk, Compliance and Integrity organization by managing multiple projects, enhancing compliance policies, and ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work cross-functionally with product owners, executive management, and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide project planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or a recognized compliance certification.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and collaborate with diverse teams.
