About the Role of Cloud Sales Recruiter
As a Cloud Sales Recruiter at Google, you will be instrumental in identifying and hiring top go-to-market talent. Your role involves managing the full candidate lifecycle, from initial application to successful offer, ensuring a high-touch and efficient experience. You will be responsible for sourcing diverse active and passive candidates, negotiating complex offers, and collaborating with executive management and various teams.
You will play a vital role in connecting candidates to Google's innovative environment, leveraging your creativity and drive to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, you'll utilize data and analytics to refine and enhance Google's hiring processes, making them smarter and more efficient.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, sales or account management.
- 1 year of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as a distinct contributor.
- Ability to handle customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Excellent customer consultative skills with the ability to work in a large-team environment.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time Cloud Sales Recruiter position is $88,000-$126,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and factors like job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Google offers a comprehensive benefits package available to all eligible US-based employees. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; retirement benefits (401k with company match); generous paid time off (20 days vacation per year, sick time); extensive maternity and baby bonding leave; and 13 paid holidays per year.
